It's Moo Cow Monday, Ya'll!
Our last baby was born while I was in Baltimore.
This kind of makes me sad.
I love new born babies.
They are so stinkin cute!
Have a great Monday!
XOXO,
Rancher Girl
The story of a Daddy's Rancher Girl and a Flower Boy who lost their home in a fire. Join us as we rebuild our lives, our home, our future and our world!
The Rockin' B Ranch was established by my Great Grand Father, Art Bower, back in the 20's. We are a close knit family ran working cattle operation in north central Oklahoma.
From replacement heifers to feeder steers, the Rockin' B can cover your needs.
Not only does the Ranch focus on quality cattle, but also on quality German Shepherd Dogs. We have been breeding GSD’s, in our home, for 10+ years now and continue to expand the pack.
Although the kids are grown and gone, the 5th and 6th generations are an integral part of daily operations.
Make sure to follow along, with us! After losing our home in a house fire, we have built our dream home, and continue to build our future and world.
You can read the blog, check out the cattle and pups at our website www.therockinB.com
Yeah, you're done calving! That is a happy day. Hope you had a good trip east.
ReplyDeleteRobyn,
DeleteI had a great trip! It was good to be home though.
This year we have had calves strung from late January to June. Most born March, April and the first part of May. There are always those "early starters" and those "last stragglers". We are praying for a shorter calving season next year. Fingers crossed!
Thank you for listing our blog! I see you have Angus cattle just like us here in Australia. We have 45 heifers just about to calve- out in the early hours of this morning checking on them.
ReplyDeleteI am going to enjoy reading about your farm.
You are welcome, Kim. I enjoy your blog too! It is interesting to see how other ranchers do things. Even better to read how things are done in other parts of the world.
DeleteHave a great day and thanks for stopping by A Building We Shall Go!
